Abstract |
In this study, a survey was conducted to revitalize domestic marine healing tourism, focusing on marine healing promotion, safety and convenience, facility environment, and demographic characteristics. A moderation-satisfaction analysis was also performed on marine healing resources for actual cruise and passenger ship passengers. Additionally, the study analyzed the impact of these factors on marine healing tourism satisfaction. Evaluation measurement factors were identified through the importance-satisfaction of selected attributes in marine healing tourism. The influence of selection attributes on the repurchase intention of marine healing tourism was examined. Based on the data obtained, factors influencing repurchase intention were derived, including satisfaction, usage, and product recommendations. The study confirmed and analyzed the influence of sub-factors—marine healing promotion, safety and convenience, facility environment, and resources—on the selection attributes of marine healing tourism and repurchase intention. The Durbin-Watson statistic was found to be 1.472, which is close to 2, indicating the independence of the model. No multicollinearity among independent variables was observed, as the VIF index was below 10, suggesting that the model is suitable for multiple regression analysis. The selection attributes of marine healing tourism had a significance probability value of .001, indicating a positive effect on the intention to repurchase. This study holds academic significance by analyzing the impact on satisfaction with marine healing tourism, using importance-satisfaction analysis as foundational data for attracting, popularizing, and activating marine healing tourism. |
